REFUNDS

All payments made to DataDrivenSavings are nonrefundable, except when a billing or invoicing error was made by DataDrivenSavings.

If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact us at ellen@datadrivensavings.com. We will review the matter and, if we confirm an error, we will update the invoice and issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel services, email ellen@datadrivensavings.com. Cancellations are subject to the terms of your applicable service agreement.

Cancellation does not eliminate responsibility for fees earned, services performed, or amounts incurred before the cancellation becomes effective.
