Our leadership team is led by our founder, Ellen Wong, who spent 11 years in banking before entering the shipping industry through a SaaS platform focused on refunds and contract negotiations. Her background brings a practical, financial mindset to everything we do and influences how we support our clients.

Alongside Ellen is Michael, who leads negotiations with over 30 years of experience, much of that time spent sitting in the pricing seat at UPS, as well as John, who handles our freight services, and Jacob, who oversees our operations and marketing team.

We’ve built a company that blends deep industry knowledge with high expectations and continues to expand to meet the growing demand for our services.
